Dr Leonardo Garnier – Education Minister Costa Rica
After visiting the US Embassy, we had the privilege of meeting with the current Minister of Education for all of Costa Rica. He had some great things to say and I felt like he had a very similar outlook on education as I have. It was great to hear someone in power with such a strong understanding of what needs to be done. It was a real honor.
